Terms of service

A. Work Process Stages

1. Approval : once you have decided that you want to commission me, you can contact me through email, instagram dm, twitter dm, tumblr dm, or facebook messenger (yes, I check all of them regularly!) and once I've confirmed your slot, we can go to the next step2. Reference : you are required to send visual reference(s) and some detailed information (personality, traits, poses and whatever you desire in the art, fun facts, etc.) about the character that you want to request.3. Sketching : I will show the sketch and you are able to revise until you’re satisfied with it.4. Payment : After you're satisfied with the sketch, I will send you an invoice via paypal so you can proceed with the payment. The payment must be done BEFORE I show you the finished result.5. Finishing: I give you the finished results. You may still give out some pointers and revision.6. Complete : After you’re satisfied, I will give you the finished piece via email. And that pretty much concludes our commission cycle :)

B. Display, Ownership, and Rights
The artist retains all the rights to the artwork

Please do not:
- FEED MY ART TO AI
- Make any reproduction of the work (e.g. tracing).
- In any way monetize it to your own benefits (e.g., sell or resell it, lend it, make a rental of it, or redistribute it).
- Making an adaptation of the work (e.g. editing).
- Claiming it as if you made it.However, the client may:
- Use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial or personal purposes.
- Post the artwork on a social media (you are not obliged to credit me, but I would be thrilled if you do).
- If it is for the client’s commercial purposes (And both parties have agreed to do so), then an additional $30 will be charged.
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.IMPORTANT!
1. I won’t accept any political/religious sensitive topics.
2. I won’t draw images that may potentially offend a third party.
3. Please do not ignore my questions and inquiries.
4. I am a flexible person, so if you have something in your mind, please just tell me.
